I don't see any error reports directly related to that program/line combination.
If the issue is a damaged AR0 (parameter file) the following instructions may be helpful.
Back everything up before attempting.
To replace a damaged parameter file, perform the following steps.
1. In Windows...
One article I found suggested looking at 'SY_Activation' , finding the record for the module you're having an issue with, then examining the value in field # 4 Data Level. If it's showing an older version, you might try changing it to the current level if you're sure conversion has already...
We've used B to B Visions on several clients as well. It pays to have a fairly experienced provider when your EDI needs are more complex and ongoing.

Check your user rights on the ..\mas90\home\lib\keys folder.
Generally this is a permissions problem.
If the rights look ok, try rebooting the server to remove any possible stray locks.

We need more specifics on what the error messages say.
Printers can be one cause of problems.
Another issue can be virus scan (For example - McAfee has a hot fix for an issue that was holding one of my clients files locked)
If all users experience similar lockups, focus the search on a...
I ran into this (or something very similar) about a year ago on a large import job for one of my Sage MAS 90 clients.
Here's our knowledgebase entry on it:

I see some chatter on a potential issue with XP SP2 RC1 causing firewall problems. Could this fit your situation?

I've always just re-closed the period. If you are still out of balance try going to GL ->Setup->Fiscal Year Maint and click the recalc button (you may need supervisor mas90 rights in order to see this button).

Reversals may be accomplished by entering a "reverse date" in the original data entry.
As previously noted - if the AJE has been posted without a reverse date - you'll need to manually reverse.

Yes. Did you go into tab #4 and identify your item records?
If each line of your import includes an item, then on tab #4 I usually make the condition be something that is always true -- like field 1 , pos 1,1 <>"?"

MAS200 would be faster since most processing would be on the server instead of the workstations. It would be faster wireless too EXCEPT for Crystal Printing which is still a bottleneck.
