Upgrading Exchange 2000 to 2003
The upgrade is really simple. I am asume you have windows 2000 server with exchange. Upgrade your exchange first then the operating system. If you have any ADC from your exchange 5.5 to 2000 upgare, you will have to update from the exchange 2003 CD first before promoting. Also, watch out for...- mcse1858

Forestprep & AD error
This is a easy fix. Upgrade your ADC from the exchange CD. I Can't remember but I think there is a ADC folder. You have to ugrade all ADC's before moving on. For example I had a ADC on two domain controllers and I had to update both of them. I hope this helps.- mcse1858
