Hi, i was looking at speaker specifications and there are 2 that seem to be important i think, Frequency Response and the # of watts? Can anyone explain what these numbers mean and what would give the best quality?

I can't remember the exact error messages, but after i ran any program, it would perform an illegal operation and i would have to restart the computer.
One of my friends computers (win98se) was cluttered with so many programs and illegal operation error messages were constantly popping up, so they asked me to help reformat the computer. But after I formatted the entire hard drive and did a clean install of Win98SE, illegal operation error...
