    ms nt server can not backup registry

    i keep getting error-3534 (failed to connect to registry)in the activity log for registry backup (windows nt)using arcserve 2000 on a windows 2000 server. this error popped up all of the sudden. before there was not this problem for the same job (scheduled). i would appreciate your help.
