    When creating a PDF, either using Distiller or directly from within Quark, my color images get lighter. My black & white images stay the same and look fine. But the color images get washed out. I'm using "Generic Color" for my selected printer (I do not have a PostScript color printer...

    When I use the option key to insert a special character (such as a bullet or ellipsis), Quark 6 inserts the character twice. I cannot find a preference or other setting that would make this happen, nor does it happen in any other program. I'm on a Mac, running 10.2.8. Thank you.
