Unable to add NT Domain Admin group to W2K server

Exchange Server 5.5 and Domain literals
Microsoft says Exchange 5.5 supports Domain Literals (i.e. your_name@[ipaddress]). When I test 2 different servers i manage, they both fail. What am I missing?- lstockero
