    adding effects to frames

    Hi all..this is my first post...hope you can help. I can open up an avi video file in Imageready. Is there a way to add an effect (eg watercolour)to every frame in the avi instead of having to apply the effect to each seperate frame? if so, how? Many thanks, Paul
