    Illustrator malfunction!?

    I'm having the same problem with the scatterbrush tool and the artonpath tool.. when i open illustrator 10.0 it says "error loading plug ins". I tried Robin's method but I am using Windows NT so I could not locate the AI folder under documents and settings.. I'm not sure how to solve...
