Thank you for suggestions. The old mailbox was indeed gone. I went back and count the number of mailboxs in use and it appears we have reached our limit of 48 mailboxs. Again thank you for support- Gambling

"Invalid mailbox" when trying to change pwd.
We have hired a new employee. I am having trouble setting up her voice mail. Used the F981 feature, it requests the mailbox (x299) and password (0000 - new user). When I enter the password 2990000, the system respond by saying the password is not registered. Next I try to reset the password...- Gambling
