    Windows 98 SE shut down problem

    We were having shutdown problems as well, once we downloaded the critical updates from the Windows update website this resolved our shutdown problems. Other tech forums have mentioned that these patches were a temporary fix, but it has been working for us for awhile now.

    In an excel 2000 sheet all the numbers after the decimal(cents) are being miss calculated, does anyone have any suggestion as so what we can try to rectify this?

    Excel Locked for Editing Problem

    When trying to open a specific excel file we get the message "file is locked for editing.Click notify to open read-only copy of document and recieve notification when the document is no longer in use." We don't know why this is happening there aren't any other people working with this...
