Correction to that..... I ment the desktop software....not the OS. Just finished reading up on the new OS and it was in my head. You want to uninstall and reinstall the software on the PC...... Palm Sync problem
What I have surmised is that you have already installed the software and have tried to Hotsync with the computer. You first want to make sure that the Hotsync manager is in the systray before you try to Hotsync. Sometimes it does not want to come up with the boot up. Try booting up with the...- jen1975

Software for PalmVx
PocketMirror works best. Should be with the Palm software you got when you you purchased the software. If not, do a search on your computer for PocketMirror and download it. It works great with Outlook and Palm units.- jen1975

HotSync for Palm
It used to be that palm had a free download of its desktop....at least when i worked for them. I may have a cd that I can download and email to you. Let me check at home and see what I can find for you. I have a ZIRE at home and the desktop is interchangable with most palm units......- jen1975
