    Phaser 350, Fault 13,004.43:21569

    At work we have a Phaser 350. After a brownout about 2 weeks ago, the machine will no longer work. After some fiddling, one of my co-workers found the error code: 13,004.43:21569. Does anyone know what this means or where I can go to find it? Thanks.
