Hello all! I am trying to gather information from anyone about HP tape libraries. Any information is helpful (what works or what doesn't). Does anyone have any input on why purchase HP compared to say DELL or ADIC? Again, any information will be helpful in decision making. Regards, MJLegato

The 2100ER fibre bridge will only recognize certain HP tape libraries. It was not designed to be used as a generalized bridge for all devices :(

ernestoe, The only way to reset an admin password on this library is to log into the service menu of the library. For this password you will need to contact an HP support specialist. Posting the password on this forum jeapordizes the security of all HP 2/20 libraries. Good luck
