I found the answer !! The start-up setting was calling for a menu bar as "None" instead of "default". Because it could not find a "None" menu it gave the error.
Some messages just arn't very clear.
First time I've experience this error when I launch the database. "The Macro or its group doen not exist, or it is new and hasn't been saved". I need help in finding where the source of the error is.
