When a remote computer uses a printer, the printer must be directly connected to the pc via LPT1 or USB. Terminal Server does not allow Print Redirection on printers that are shared within a remote LAN. Each of your remote computers must have its own printer.

I tried all of the above, no change. One other item is that on the same pc through a 56k dial up, I can access this secure site. Do you think it is specific with Direcway's system?
To further elaborate on the problem: An employee who has a 4000 series Dway system is able to log on to secure site. The ping fails (employee.firstresponder.com if anyone else wants to try). The webpage itself trys to load but hangs with no conclusion...
