HELP! scroll bars on left side of frames?

Has anyone done this before? Is there a way to do designate the scroll bar to be on the left side of a frame (not the right) in Dreamweaver or hard code? Thanks! Tamara3 -

Does anyone know how to make Dreamweaver (or hard code) position the scroll bar on the left-hand side of a frame, instead of the default right? Thanks much!
