Here is my problem.. Users migrated to Lotus Notes 6 from outlook and Groupwise. One of the users did not get his contact list migrated. He had a copy of it as wk3 file. I tired to import it to Lotus Notes contact list after changing the headers to Firstname, Lastname and Internetaddress...

Hi I exported my contact list as a .WK3 file. and then imported into a new contact database. But when I double clicked on each of the document to see the details the contact form doesn't seem to have populated. every one of them is blank. Can any one help? Thanks

Dont bother. I used cut and paste. cut from INBOX and pasted in Trash, then emptied trash. :-)

User is trying to delete an email that he received. He cannot delete it. Has no problem deleting other documents. checked his ACL and he is Person/Manager with delete rights. Do appreciate any help.

How can I change font color of all the outgoing mail? I could edit the notes.ini file and enlarge the font size. Is there any way I can change the default font color? Please help ichu

After setting up and archiving a couple of documents, tried to open the archived database. It does not show the directory structure as the Mail File. Is this an R6 issue or just in our office?

That response was for the wrong thread :( I did refresh and replace the design, but still defaulting to Trash folder.

Thanks, I refreshed and replaced the design.. The little frame is still missing! User has to open Workspace to open someone else's mail :-(

When I open notes it opens the Trash folder and Inbox is not my default folder anymore.. Please help.

User has R6. His boss has delegated access to his email and calendar. The frame above the INBOX with the dropdown arrow is missing now. Tried refreshing and replacing the design. Problem continues.. any suggestion? Do I have to reinstall Notes?

Similar issue. I tried importing US holidays into Notes (R6) and it imports till Dec. 2002. Then stops. Tried importing on 3 different desktops. Same issue. Upgraded to R 6.03, now I get the message. Your holiday import complete. No items have been defined in the Public Name and Address book..
