Thanks JM, all I have is Stuffit and Archive Utility coming up and neither accepted the file. Not too worried now about using the app as I've managed to reduce my .swf by other means. Still perplexed by what looks like a zipping of a .pkg though.

Thanks for replying spamjim. The file's about 12MB. It's supposed to be a lite version of a .swf compressor, so the size is about what I would about expect for such a small app. It seems to suggest it's the extracted .pkg of a .dmg that's then been zipped (don't know why you'd do that), but...

Hi, downloaded some lite app as a .pkg.zip and I thought it would be a simple case of either Stuffit Expanding or using Archive Utility to extract the file. Best I can do is archive it further into a .pkg.zip.cpgz Does anyone know how to open this? Many thanks G5/1.8/10.5.7

Thanks all, will check out the drivers, though in the meantime might have found a workaround - in Reader's print dialogue window, under Advanced, ensure that Print as image is checked.
