    SAMSUNG CTI Module - NEED TAPI SOFTWARE

    Have a Customer wanting reports from his SAMSUNG DCS 50si System and I'am told there is third party Tapi software that will work with this unit or with basically any CTI Module. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why is there no grounding LUG on Norstar systems for earth ground and don't say the 3 prong plug will suffice,it DOES NOT and Yet you look at the Meridian Systems (Sl1,Opt11/61etc) a massive lug is there....Oh and you wonder...
