Hi,
ADD INFO 1 contains the relevant fault code.
Here it's 782 which is an external source alarm, so at the ALU input 1-x-xx-x there must be an entry which is short-circuited.
please post route and dest from both jeddah and dammam:
RODAP:ROU= ;
ROCAP:ROU= ;
RODDP:DEST= ;
RODDP:DEST= ,IPOPT=YES;
ROEDP:ROU= ,TRU=ALL;
RIANP:ROU= ;
RINIP:LIM=ALL;
sorry for my late respons !
a short/brief description:
1. assign a common oacc with nansi:numtyp oc/od and opcoi NB! you can only have one coacc in the exchange, in your case 44444.
2. assign some "dummy" oacc (just for routing purchase) with nansi:numtyp oc/od and opcts:corg=x,oacc="first...
Hi'
Call-back, the MX-one is using Generic protocol and the MD use the Proprietary protocol (RODDI ADC d17) according to your data - here you shall use the same protocol at both.
PNR, here it could be the SRT in dest 6999 that is wrong - the SRT in RODDI for PNR calls refer to the ENTRY from PNR...
Hi, you can do this by DISA with:
*75* regional authorization code * free-seat number #
- new dialtone -
#11* free-seat number #
Assign a regional authorization code:
AUCOI:DIR=free-seat number,AUTH= ,CILCOD= ,CAT= ;
To allow DISA with regional authorization code:
ASPAC:PARNUM=184,PARVAL=1...
d1, d2, ... d10
when d5 = 0 blocked for traffic from public exchange (DID traffic).
If you also want to block transferred public line, then look at ASPAP 67 and ADC d7 (ananlog extension).
Hi'
"How to block incoming call in a analogic extension?"
if incoming call is from a DID, then you can use the SERV d5 (for analog extension) to block.
Try adc d5=0 in RODDI, Nortell don't supported Aastra UUIx.
The same with vari d2 and d3 =00 - no UUIx.
adc d25 should be set to 1 - Call back/call compl. as Generic.
adc d13 = 1 sending TCM to a Nortell ??
Another important value is AS PARNUM 223 which should be 7.
Hi
in site 1 you have assigned a local route id - ROU98, but when calling from site 2 there is no remote route id !
Try in site 1: RIANC:ROU=98,LROUID=""; or assign RROUID="ROU98" in site 2.
