Programming Park Zones / Lines

I tried the line addition and, even though I specified 801 or 802, the new phone button reads "70 Pool -I". So it's covering all of the lines, but you can't tell which one is actually ringing. At least it's a step in the right direction! Park is still an issue. Remember, I'm trying...- Doveman

On the park issue - I have two other users who have "Park Zone 301" buttons or similar 300 on their phones, enabling them to park on a different extension if the first is busy. Is this because those two users are being classified differently - does the system think that they're...- Doveman

I'm new to phone programming and using a Legend 6.2 system. I'm trying to figure out how to program Park "Zones" on a particular phone. I.e. I'd like to park an incoming call on a certain extension (like 301 or 302). I only see the Park feature (just Park, no zones) on the phone and...- Doveman
