    Service Manual for Phaser 350/360

    I have a Tektronix Phaser 350 and 360 that are quite sick(the 360 cycles but never actually finishes warm up, the 350 gives error code 04,005.44:81500). Does anyone oput there have a service manual online that I can reference to try and fix?. Regards, Zoran
