MBWD - Don't feel like you are alone with that problem, we have 4 computers here with fresh intalls of WinXP and Office 2003 that have exactly the same problem you are having. You can highlight multiple files in Windows Explorer, right click on them and say Open or Print, and nothing happens...- Fairlane64
