    Recently I built 2 Media servers which has 2 Emulex HBA fiber cards after I installed NBU5.1MP3 got Reservation Conflict immediately on console but this is not happened on HP-UX 11.11 neither Window 2003 of course each OS has vendor version of SCSI driver to deal with Reservation / Release issue...
