    You can have 200x machines running in an NT4 domain as member servers. Since DHCP, DNS & WINS don't have to be ActiveDirectory enabled they will all serve an NT4 domain properly from a 2003 server. The only servers we still have running NT in the actual domain are the PDC & BDC servers...
