Phaser 550 Media Tray Empty
Turn on my Phaser 550, passes all tests, shows media tray empty, then goes into paper jam area A error. But the media (paper) tray is full. Told to replace paper feeder but kind of expensive just cause device to measure paper is wrong. Any way to by-pass this full/empty paper tray sensor?- HVACDude
