    User acct permissions

    You need to change the "Domain Controller Security Policy". This change will be effective within the default policy refresh interval, which is 90 minute by default! A restart in NOT required! You can also speed up the policy refresh from the run command with .... secedit...

    I assume that you made the appropriate changes to the property sheets for ALL webs in question? It seems pretty peculiar that EVERY site shows the DEFAULT "Under Construction" page.

    No domain server....

    Win 9x machines don't require and can't use computer accounts. You should be running the Directory Service Client on your Win 9x machines. Are you?

    WIN2K DHCP SERVER???

    Also, make sure that you "Authorize" your DHCP server's in Active Directory. You'll find the option on the ACTION drop down menu of your DHCP MMC interace. Without authorization your DHCP servers will NOT respond to client requests.

    The above article sounds like the most likely explanation. Let me summarize everyone's input. 1)Make sure that your Zone's (forward and reverse) are configured to "allow dynamic updates" 2)Make sure that the Primary IP address for the DNS server is configured correctly (the DC's IP)...

    Does administrator account not have FULL rights??

    You need to go into the System Properties - Profiles tab and select the profile and choose delete there. Let me know if that doesn't do it.
