Cannot drag and drop desktop icons
More evidence / clues? I am using XP Pro and have the same problem occasionally. Can drag an icon, but cant drop it anywhere, either to move it on the desktop or to run it with a program icon shortcut. So far, only a re-boot has solved the problem, and solved it every time.
