I am working with a client that is using the Backup utility in Windows XP Professional and is unable to do so.
He gets the following message:
D:\ drive saying
it is unacessible.
He has tried different disks with no luck.
Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

Carl, thanks for the info. By saving the Star Office document as a Word document, do you mean to give it a file extension of .doc? If so, and when this was attempted, the document was automatically given an extension of sdw.doc. In other words the document has both the Star Office and Word...
I have been emailed a document that was created in Star Office. The document has a file extension of .sdw.
I am using MS Word 2002, and cannot read the document. Is there anything that either the sender or I can do that will make this document readable on my end?
