Table border doesn't exsist around empty segments
If I'm reading this thread correctly, then what you are trying to do isn't possible in that kind of way. The best way to do it is to put a Non-breaking Space Character in there ( ) - this means there's 'nothing' in there, but you'll be able to see the borders.- cwcrawley

Cheers Mate - it completely escaped me to check the SQL services... turns out the MSSQL Service hadn't started. I fixed that and it's now all working fine! Cheers for the pointer..- cwcrawley

How to restore SQL server 2000
How have you backed up your SQL server data? did you run a DTS job on the SQL databases and then backup those files? I've not used Arcserve 2000 yet in any anger, so am unsure whether it allows you to backup a database direct from the app itself.. If not, just put your tape in, go to restore...- cwcrawley

Database Engine Time Out
Hi All, Got a really irritating problem with arcserveIT 6.61 for NT. I've been having some intermittent problems with the backups failing and finally worked them out, I was then doing some work on the server (just tidying diskspace) and had to reboot.. upon a reboot, Arcserve now wont start...- cwcrawley
