I had a group move from a building that was on a G3r V10 to a S8700 this past weekend. They are stating that at the other building they would receive a beep, whisper, beep and then the caller. I can get it to beep before the whisper but not before the caller. I have verified everything...

Is there any way to change the name on an announcement without it wiping out the announcement? When we change the name in the S8700 on an announcement it clears the announcement recorded.
