    one234 your hint worked fine. I did exactly what you said and now the board was completely removed from system, it is showing CARD UNEQ. I would never discover that alone, on meridian´s doc it says: CARDSLT Single-line telephone line card Thank you all for the assistance.

    Sometime ago I had a cable problem and moved a analog phone card to another slot. The card is working perfectly in the new slot but the system is still showing a card in the old slot with all TN´s UNEQ. I want PBX understand that there is nothing on that slot. Thanks in advance.

    What is your OS? There are many NATP solutions that can easily do this. Windows XP and 2k already have this kind of function. With linux you can use ipchains or iptables. And there are a lot of comercial softwares that do the same.

    I am having some problems with ACD and I was wondering if there is a command to check if agents are logged or not. In addition to that I will realy appreciate if someone tell me how to see what external phone number is assigned to each queue. Thanks in advance, Israel.
