    thank for that, I have now recheked the unit and found that although the drum heater heated up, the left and right jetstacks did not, do you know if you can replace the heaters in the printhead from ones out of an 850 printhead? thanks ikontech

    Hi I have a phaser 860 that warms up to 99% then reboots to the xerox logo and starts again, the drum heater appears to be working ok, have found two faults in the fault history, 04.021.42 & 22.024.01, have replaced the printhead but still no joy, any ideas? thanks ikontech

    This is definately due to a faulty drum heater, as described in the tektronix support cd, replace as necessary
