    Also, what type of cable/conecter do i need for the smdr inerface. I currently have a Straight Thru DB9 to RJ45 on my PC com port, with a straight thru 8c RJ45 cable from that to the SMDR port. Is This correct?

I have installed Tapit on a PC to get some statistics on our phone useage, and was wanting to know what the SMDR settings for the Merlin are.     Can aanybody ttell me what programming procedures are needed for adding MOH to a Nortel Compact ICS? The book I have tells how to physicaly hook it up, and says you have to enable it, but doesn't tell how to enable it. HELP!!
