There is a posting on Microsofts webpage about this problem. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330220/ This fixes some issues Our issue was IE did not have a defualt language selected Tools/options/languages. Select a defualt hit apply or OK. Close browser and then re-open. Let me know.

It will not allow me to the point to configure the profile. When I click on the icon it says "Outlook can not start". It works fine on the computer if they do not use the mandatory profile.
