Recovery from failed SQL2000 update to SQL7 - How?
Problem solved. I just deleted SQL Sever's registry entry (copying it to a .reg file) and an MSSQL7 folder (which may not have been necessary). Then reinstallation worked smoothly.- RLMullerMDUSA
