Ok, that explains part of it. BUT, when a line is picked up elsewhere in the office (not at 10) it doesn't show up on the main phone (10). Why would that be? Extension 12 is the only thing that seems to be attached to a particular extension #.

We have a Partner 6 and since we had the system programmed, we have had to replace some phones, which the extensions no longer work. How do I program the new phones with their extensions?
