    Great! I figured out that all the phones do have extensions. Now, how do I program the main phone (10) buttons to reflect the other phone stations?

    Ok, that explains part of it. BUT, when a line is picked up elsewhere in the office (not at 10) it doesn't show up on the main phone (10). Why would that be? Extension 12 is the only thing that seems to be attached to a particular extension #.
