copy previous days schedule form
I have a form to post the days schedule for 8 to 10 construction crews. Each crew is a subform with combo boxes to select employees, equipment and locations. All fields are bound to the Schedule table. I want to open the form with a new record for tomorrow that has todays record visible because...- cluce

How do I protect a SWITCHBOARD form?
Go to Tools > Startup again and uncheck the box that says "Alow Full Menus" That will hide the Tools item in the Menu bar. As long as the users do not know to hold down the shift key on startup you will be ok. It is just another thing that keeps the honest people honest.- cluce
