The article definately answered my question on the SecurityPatch.log, and I think it answered my question on the expedited scan. I guess I am still wondering, does the /kick actually start the hardware inventory agent? By reading your article it doesn't seem so. Good info on the scan tool...- jhawks

First, I am curious about the SecuityPatch.log file that is created on the scan. One scan placed the file under c:\temp and another scan placed it under c:\winnt\temp. I am curious why the two different locations and does SMS choose the latest file. I am wondering this because I was trying to...- jhawks
