    I need to get artwork into Quark. You know, a logo type thing without a white background so it can be placed over coloured backgrounds. I've had a friend trace a logo for me but it has jaggy edges. Is there a good way to learn the correct protocols to do this (quickly) Any suggestions welcomed!

    QuarkXPress 3.32 (Import Footnotes? from Word?)

    I've got QuarkXPress 3.32 and I've got a 100 - pages of footnotes to get from Word - do you have to do them by hand - does Quark 4 do it - import the footnotes and superscript - because right now it ain't looking good. Please would be grateful for any suggestions

    Help! Xperts alert! Footnotes in Word - can't they go into QuarkXPress 3.32? or any later version? Please tell me it's possible! I'm laying out a 100-page magazine with 100's of footnotes and I've only got 9 days... Any ideas?
