    HELP

    I installed DSL yesterday..and now I can't use JAVA VM, I can't download anything and I keep getting Error messages. My DSL server says is a Microsoft problem..Microsoft says to "download" (which I can't do)..and HP says is the DSL. Am going in circles..HELP!
