MAXTOR External USB Sucks!
In the last 2 days, I have just experienced the exact same problems with both a 100GB and a 300GB External Maxtor USB drive. Each time the drives lost their partition information. I had to use some forensics recovery software in order to restore my data. I'm staying far away from these things...- lornkilian
