migrate Exch. 5.5 Standard to Exch. 2003 Enterprise possible?

Definately think an external mail relay with anti-virus/spam will be worth the investment if you have that many users. A properly firewalled 'nix based system will probably be less risky for MR +(anti-bug/spam) as far less vulnerabilities for the platform, and the common MTAs are more mature in...- SirJay
