    I went to the following web site and found that the printer is still under warranty until August 2004 http://www.officeprinting.xerox.com/printerpartners/plsql/SS_EXTRANET_ENTITLEMENT.startup It is a good thing the print head is $1700. So because we use Xerox ink the thing is covered.

    Someone moved the printer to a new location. Now I have a jet that will not print. I have done the three eliminate light stripes followed by shutdown over night then three eliminate light stripes. Yet I still can't get the jet to print any suggestions Tim
