When I backed up with the remote client agent for Windows for a WIN2K Advanced Server, I got a warning! -
"Failed to open file <..\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ArcServe Backup\LOG\BrightStor.log> RC=5. Access is denied>"

Does anyone know how to setup a SMTP Alert in BrightStor backup? I just added a new item under SMTP in the configuration and selected the "send a test message" buttion. It said that the message was send to the host. However, I never got the message. Anyone can help? Thank...
