Epson C70 does like long documents.
In answer to kestrel1: 1. Tried different cable (it supports USB) both parallel & USB - no effect 2. Reloading software has no effect 3. Different printers work OK- simonthetechie

XP Home red cross on Mapped drive from ME server.
1. The Windows ME machine is turned on first. 2. DHCP was used orignally (the XP PC runs WinProxy fro Internet sharing), but that made Sage reports very slow (SAGE.COM website has advice suggesting you use fixed a fixed IP address on your SAGE server machine - but that's another problem for...- simonthetechie
