Hi Wolluf, Yes, I tried it in different configs, and another IDE cable. Althought win2000 does not give any hardware conflict, I'm afraid it is so anyway. I think reinstalling win2000 from scratch is going to be the only solution. :-( Cheers- AlainBailleul

Hi All, I'm trying to install a second harddisk (maxtor 80GB, slave) with my old one (seagate 80 GB, master).
