I think the networking looks good. We have two Extreme Networks 100Mb switches, linked up through the backbone. Is there a diagnostic tool you'd recommend? Otherwise, I think that part looks fine.

also, you may need to define a new site in which to put your workspace.

i think you're probably right. seems like everyone likes SAV pretty well. I'll start researching some of these errors.

I found the way to do it. it only works on outlook 2002 (xp) with service pack 2. (it says this fix works for sp1 also, but i tried it and it didn't work.) link is here:
