    300dpi versus 1200dpi

    This may seem like a straight forward question, but when I asked Lexmark and HP, their answers were vague and unhelpful. If a printer is changed from 300dpi to 1200dpi would there be a realizable cost saving in paper and/or toner usage? TIA, Shawn0
