Trouble applying XP Hotfix - KB823559
Yo, I'm experiencing same issue with this particular hotfix. Attempts to reinstall nogo. The fix DOES appear in the system registry, however; so Windows Update may have some kind of "blind spot"... Have queried MS via email & certainly not holding my breath waiting for reply.. Anyway...- velociriptor
